OWNERS
JR Meza, a military veteran, grew up in Houston, TX and then spent his teen years in Mississippi. In 2007, decided to make Texas his home where he met and fell in love with his wife, Courtney Meza. Courtney grew up in the Killeen Area. She went to Nolanville Elementary, Nolan Middle School, Harker Heights & Ellison High School. She began her Real Estate Journey in 2008 and has never looked back. Together they have a beautiful blended Christian family of eight that loves to visit Disney every year! JR has over 17 years of combined real-estate and construction experience. He has a bachelors in Business Development and has been an owner of Wayfinder Leaders LLC since 2018. Since then, the Meza's have added a few other LLC's under their belt and continue to build upon their success.
