J.R. Meza

J.R. Meza is a proud military veteran, Associate Broker, and custom home builder serving Central Texas. Originally from Houston, TX, he spent part of his youth in Mississippi before returning to Texas in 2007, where he built both his career and his life.

 

J.R. served our country for 14 years, beginning his military journey in the United States Air Force before continuing his service in the Army as a Medical Logistics Technician. Through dedication and leadership, he was selected for the prestigious Green to Gold Program, earning his commission as a Health Services Officer. His military career shaped his discipline, integrity, and commitment to serving others qualities he carries into his real estate and construction work today.

 

J.R. brings a unique perspective to every transaction. As a builder and Associate Broker, he understands the process from the ground up literally helping clients make confident decisions whether they’re buying, selling, or building.

 

Alongside his wife, Courtney Meza, he co-owns WayFinder Builders and BFF Construction, where they focus on building quality homes, creating investment opportunities, and serving families across Central Texas.

 

J.R. is a devoted husband and father to a blended family of eight. When he’s not working, you’ll find him spending time with his family, traveling to Disney, or pouring into the community he proudly serves.
